Creating Riga’s first campus
The University of Latvia is developing a new campus in Tornakalns neighbourhood in Riga. The pilot case concentrates on research for opportunities of the university and business cooperation, the integration of various businesses on the campus and connecting links between the neighbourhood and the campus. Our goal is to better understand synergy between the campus and the city and to facilitate interactions among various parties: academics, students, businesses, local inhabitants, other higher education institutions, municipality and state.
